| Characters: This product adopts double-barreled sectional revolving and worm gear drive.Two high-pressured water pumps are deployed for spraying by using circulating water and running water as the sources.Circulating water is for washing and running water is for final flushing,which not only economized on water but also meets the clean requirement.It uses the inside spin guidance board to feed materials and carries out continuous production and automatic discharge.Two sets of velocity modulation electrical machinery may adjust the speed to the special variety,until it is clean.Cleaned materials carry on the fast dehydration and the slow dehydration till the rapid washing is fulfilled.Discharged materials are free from water.Special raw materials for medicine(codonopsois pilosula and so on) and other purposes can be cleaned without damaging the epidermis and the effective components with the help of rapid washing and dehydrating.The water torch may well flush the location and clean up machine interior with surplus materials.Transmission machine can be deployed to realize automatic and even feeding.It substitutes for the traditional manual operation method,improves the labor intensity and the location,pollution,achieves truly time-saving,effort-reducing,high e ffect,cleans quickly,complete dehydration, good quality,small noise and stable tube body spin.It is presently the most advanced and idealized multi-function equipment in China with the combination of clean and dehydration which meets the requirements of "GMP". |
